Rooted in Service. Driven by Faith.
Focused on Families.
Melanie Bott is working to build a city
where every voice matters —
and every person is supported.
For over 27 years, I’ve dedicated myself to strengthening the communities I’ve called home—and for the past 6.5 years, I’ve been proud to do that here in Mapleton.
As a business owner, community volunteer, mental health advocate, and local safety leader, I bring both passion and hands-on experience to the table. Whether it's emergency planning, supporting families, or connecting local businesses, my goal has always been the same: to build a safer, more inclusive, and thriving city for everyone.
Mapleton is growing, and with that growth comes responsibility. We need leaders who will listen, lift, and lead—leaders who ensure no voice is ignored and no need overlooked.
As a mom, a business and community leader, and someone deeply rooted in service, I believe we can create a city where working families are supported, businesses are empowered, and those struggling are not forgotten. Together, we can shape a stronger, more connected Mapleton.
“Our community needs leaders who listen, lift, and lead — not just in crisis, but every day. As a mom, business leader, and community volunteer, I’ve spent years working to make our city stronger — and I believe it’s time to take that work to the next level.”
